About Regenified
Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing, while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystem-saving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to advance the adoption of regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.
The Role
In this role, you will champion the end-to-end customer journey for our brands and retailers, managing each engagement as a high-impact, multi-stakeholder program. You will serve as a trusted partner, instilling clarity and confidence throughout the verification process, market activation, and ongoing program delivery. Your leadership will ensure flawless execution of producer verification coordination, market-facing seal usage, and delivery-level financial visibility, all while maintaining the high-quality CRM data required for reliable forecasting. You will act as the internal subject matter expert for market activation, safeguarding the Regenified narrative by ensuring our standards, claims, and seals are applied with precision and consistency in every consumer-facing context.
Your mission is to flawlessly execute large-scale verification projects for our brands and retailers, ensuring every stakeholder - from the farmer in the field to the brand’s sustainability lead - has a clear, valuable, and seamless experience. You are the quarterback who ensures the entire verification program is delivered on time and with excellence
What You’ll Do
- Own the Customer Journey: Serve as the primary point of contact for our portfolio of brands and retailers, from scoping and onboarding to final certification and renewal.
- Lead Program Delivery: Own the development, planning, and execution of brand and retailer-led verification programs — defining scope, budget, managing timelines and milestones, coordinating producer verification journeys, and partnering with Verification Operations and Standards to ensure consistent, on-time delivery.
- Manage Risk and Escalations: Proactively identify, track, and escalate delivery risks and scope changes. Navigate sensitive conversations with composure, acting as a trusted orchestrator across customer and internal teams to protect program integrity and stakeholder trust.
- Develop Market Activation: Own consumer-facing market activation including seal usage, claims guidance, and standards education for brands and retailers.
- Build the Engine for Scale: Translate learnings from complex projects into repeatable playbooks. You will be instrumental in building the systems, processes, and automation that allow us to scale our capacity to handle large, multi-faceted verification programs.

Drive CRM Discipline and Forecasting: Maintain high-quality CRM data to support reliable reporting and forecasting, ensuring contract, renewal, and expansion projections are current and aligned with actual pipeline status.
What You’ll Bring

Deep Passion for the Mission: A profound belief in the power of regenerative agriculture and a genuine desire to support the farmers leading the movement.
- Demonstrable Project/Program Management: 5+ years of experience in a role requirng rigorous cross-functional program management, ideally in B2B customer success, project management or technical consulting roles.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You have the proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across brands, retailers, producers and internal teams.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of CPG, retail, and foodservice industries including sourcing/procurement, consumer-facing claims, seals, and certification models. Strong awareness of brand risk, regulatory exposure, and consumer trust implications.
- A Builder’s Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, wears multiple hats, and loves building processes from the ground up.
- Operational Excellence: You are highly organized, data-driven, and obsessed with details. You are proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfortable with process automation and KPI tracking. You are a master at delivery economics including budgets, margins, and trade-offs with the ability to maintain financial accountability for programs
- Strategic Acumen: You are a true partner. You don’t just solve the problems you’re given; you anticipate risks, identify opportunities for expansion, prioritize and build long-term, mission-aligned value.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive pay with a base salary $110,000 - $120,000 based on relevant experience and skills , unlimited PTO, and 100% premium coverage for medical/dental/vision (with partial coverage for dependents).
