The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to build the operational backbone of Regenified’s commercial function. Your purpose is to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of our commercial organization by managing and analyzing performance data, optimizing commercial processes, and developing strategic insights that drive our most critical business outcomes.

You will be a trusted partner to Commercial leadership, with a clear understanding of team priorities and business opportunities. You will generate the reporting, analysis, and insights that guide decision-making across business development, marketing, and planning. You will own end-to-end processes across forecasting, pipeline management, performance measurement, commercial planning, and customer success, ensuring the organization operates with clarity, discipline, and accountability.

You can identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, translate findings into actionable plans, and execute with operational rigor and precision.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Enhance business development and customer success performance by analyzing operational data and generating clear, actionable insights that guide commercial decision-making.
  • Manage the full commercial operating rhythm, including calendars, pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and content development to keep the organization aligned and accountable.
  • Monitor revenue, pipeline, and customer performance metrics, delivering regular reporting and insights to leadership that improve visibility and drive better planning.
  • Continuously analyze business development and customer success performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen conversion, retention, forecast accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
  • Develop strategic action plans that address performance gaps or growth opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to drive execution.
  • Conduct analytical deep dives into key commercial questions, uncovering insights that shape strategy across business development, marketing, verification operations, and customer success.
  • Build, refine, and expand Regenified’s reporting ecosystem by improving dashboards, defining KPIs, and ensuring stakeholders have reliable, real-time data.
  • Collaborate with data teams to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and enhance BI dashboards that support forecasting, pipeline health, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial leadership, bringing a deep understanding of business levers, performance drivers, operational risks, and the actions required.
  • Strengthen customer success operations by ensuring CRM data quality, supporting customer workflow automation, and partnering with the Customer Success team to improve onboarding, retention, and the customer experience.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A deep belief in Regenified’s mission and a genuine desire to support the farmers, brands, and partners driving the transition to regenerative agriculture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline).
  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, diagnose performance issues, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including experience maintaining data quality, building dashboards, optimizing workflows, and supporting cross-functional system adoption.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful insights that support commercial decision-making.
  • A data-driven, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive improvements across business development, marketing, and customer success.
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort operating in an early-stage environment where ambiguity is high, ownership is expected, and processes are created proactively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex analysis into simple, clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.
