About Regenified

Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our purpose is to accelerate the adoption and impact of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified enablers that power a regenerative economy. Our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world, and we are actively verifying large areas of farmland producing cereals, beef, poultry, eggs, and fresh produce.

The Role

At Regenified, we’re building the world’s largest regenerative agriculture data platform to power the supply chains of some of the biggest food brands and retailers in the world. We’re hiring a Data & AI Lead to build the infrastructure behind it.

This is a hands-on technical role. You’ll lead delivery of our data platform and the systems that run on it, including pipelines, integrations, analytics, and AI tooling, and will work closely with the verification, customer success, and commercial teams who rely on it every day. We’re a lean team without a formal IT department, so you’ll have real ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain the data models and pipelines in our data warehouse, currently Snowflake and dbt
• Run the integrations that connect our CRM, project management, field data, and remote sensing tools, and keep them healthy
• Bring new data sources from our partners onto the platform (soil labs, remote sensing, ag management)
• Own data quality across the platform and work with teams to fix issues at the source
• Deliver the analytics behind our leadership reporting, customer reporting, and data products
• Build and validate AI tools that reduce manual work in verification and operations delivery
• Work alongside the teams who use the platform to understand their challenges and shape the right solutions

What You’ll Bring

You have 5+ years in data or analytics engineering. You’re strong in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in Snowflake, dbt, or a similar stack, and you’ve built API integrations and used LLMs to solve real business problems. Agricultural, environmental, or remote sensing data experience is a bonus.

Above all, you’re a builder with a bias for action. You’ve stood up platforms and tools from scratch, you prototype fast and improve from there, and you’re comfortable with ambiguity. You’re able to understand how the business runs, spot when the numbers look off, and talk through tradeoffs with people who don’t live in the data.
