About Regenified
Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture.
Regenified’s purpose is to accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and common enablers that power a regenerative economy. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.
The Role
We are seeking a Verification & Standards Education Specialist to build and maintain high-impact training content and knowledge resources for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring Regenified's verification system is understood, applied consistently, and defensible at scale. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Regenified’s standards and verification training programs, delivering customer education (workshops, webinars, training sessions), and managing Regenified's internal and external-facing knowledge base.
In this role, you will translate Regenified's standards into clear, practical, and scalable training systems and knowledge assets, serving as a trusted partner to verifiers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring they experience clarity, confidence, and high trust throughout their journey with Regenified.
Success in this role means that every verifier, partner, and stakeholder who interacts with Regenified's verification system has the training, resources, and confidence to apply the standard consistently and defensibly.
What You’ll Do
-
Create training content for internal and external stakeholders that improve understanding of standards, workflows and tools across the verification ecosystem

-
Build and maintain Regenified's internal and external-facing knowledge base, ensuring stakeholders have access to current, accurate guidance on standards, processes, and program requirements
-
Maintain training systems and content governance with version control, update cycles, and single-source-of-truth training libraries aligned with SOPs and standards updates
-
Partner with Verification leadership and field teams to identify development opportunities, incorporate field feedback, and ensure training supports real operational needs
-
Translate complex standards into clear guidance and market-ready content that can be leveraged by internal teams and adapted for marketing and partner communications
-
Measure effectiveness and continuously improve training through feedback loops and metrics (completion, comprehension checks, performance deltas)
