Our mission is to advance the adoption of regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.
The Role
We are seeking a Head of Commercial Operations to own, execute, and scale Regenified’s commercial function. This senior leadership role is responsible for translating Regenified’s vision and strategy into a disciplined, high-performing commercial organization.
In this role, you will act as the orchestrator across Business Development, Customer Success, Commercial Operations, and Marketing, ensuring the organization grows predictably and profitably with strong execution and operational discipline. You will own the commercial strategy, revenue performance, pricing, partnerships, and operating discipline, while building the teams, systems, and culture required to scale effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Own Regenified’s commercial strategy, go-to-market approach, and annual business plan, translating company objectives into clear commercial priorities and plans
- Accountable for delivery of revenue targets, ensuring strong pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy
- Own pricing & discounts strategy, ensuring customer and product mix delivers target margins and sustainable unit economics
- Define and evolve sales and channel strategies, including coverage models, routes to market, and sales motions
- Own commercial partnership strategy, identifying, structuring, and managing partnerships that accelerate scale while protecting value and credibility
- Define and oversee the Customer Success strategy and operating model, ensuring consistent, high-quality journeys and long-term customer retention
- Establish and enforce operational discipline across the commercial organization, including EOS adoption, operating rhythms, and accountability systems
- Own CRM discipline and data quality, ensuring Salesforce functions as a reliable system of record for pipeline, customers, and performance
- Hire, onboard, coach, and lead high-performing commercial teams and leaders, building a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement
- Leverage customer, sales, and market data to inform leadership-level decision-making and reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to align commercial execution with Verification Operations, Standards, Technology & Data, and Finance
What You’ll Bring
- Mission Alignment: A deep passion for regenerative agriculture and a desire to support the farmers, ranchers, and partners leading this movement.
- Commercial Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles spanning sales, customer success, commercial operations, or revenue leadership, with direct ownership of revenue targets, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and customer outcomes.
- Builder’s Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and enjoys building processes, systems, or teams from the ground up.
- Revenue & Growth Expertise: Proven track record of delivering top-line revenue targets with strong forecast accuracy, disciplined pipeline management, and customer retention. Demonstrated experience designing pricing strategies and customer/product mix that protect margins and long-term value.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Demonstrated ability to hire, onboard, coach, and lead high-performing commercial teams and leaders.
- Industry Fluency: Familiarity with sustainability claims, certifications, regenerative agriculture and selling across the food value chain is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: High fluency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and comfort using customer, sales, and market data to guide executive-level decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs.
- Partnership & Deal Experience: Experience defining and managing commercial partnerships and channels, including structuring commercial terms, pricing models, and revenue agreements.
- Communication: Credible, clear communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
