About the Role

We’re seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Specialist to help us drive full-cycle recruiting and hire amazing talent that are the hidden gems - people with passion, purpose and talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on recruiter who can quickly align with our culture and processes, source exceptional talent, and guide hiring teams through an efficient and positive hiring experience. You’ll join our People & Culture team working cross-functionally with teams to source and recruit high-performing talent across commercial, operations and executive level roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of People & Culture to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and success profiles.
  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across multiple job boards and channels.
  • Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates aligned to both role fit and mission fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate communications.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes and maintain accountability for timely feedback from hiring managers.
  • Provide weekly progress updates, candidate pipeline reports, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Keep candidates informed, supported, and respected throughout the entire process (no ghosting ever).
  • Support hiring process improvement for scalability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent searches and stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
  • Genuine relationship-building skills - people like talking to you.
  • Organized, proactive, and highly responsive.
  • Experience recruiting across operational, customer-facing and executive roles a plus.
  • Familiarity with regenerative agriculture, sustainability, or mission-driven organizations preferred but not required, curiosity is.
