Our mission is to advance the adoption of regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce. 

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be the primary champion for our most important constituents: the farmers stewarding the land.

You are the trusted guide for their entire verification journey with Regenified. Your core purpose is to ensure our producers feel supported, valued, and empowered. You will be their main point of contact, helping them navigate the Regenified Standard, our data platform, and the verification process with clarity and confidence.

You will be both a hands-on relationship builder and a strategic systems thinker. Success in this role means building seamless, high-trust, and scalable experience that ensures every farmer can successfully demonstrate their regenerative practices and realize the full value of their verification.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Farmer Relationship: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of farmers. You are their main point of contact, their advocate, and their guide from onboarding through verification and renewal.
  • Guide the Verification Experience: Masterfully communicate our standard, the value proposition and the verification process. Ensure every farmer understands their path to success and feels supported at every milestone.
  • Build the Engine for Scale: Drive the operational excellence required to grow. You will refine our farmer journey, maintain immaculate CRM data (Salesforce), track key metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention), and help build the processes that allow us to support thousands of farmers.
  • Empower Through Onboarding: Lead new farmer onboarding and training, ensuring they are confident in using Regenified’s tools (like the Customer Portal & dashboards) to get the most value from their data.
  • Be the Voice of the Farmer: Act as the critical bridge between the field and our internal teams. You will work cross-functionally with Field Verification, Standards, and Commercial to troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and channel farmer feedback to improve our program.
  • Drive Mission-Aligned Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for farmers to deepen their engagement with Regenified, collaborating with our team to expand regenerative acres and improve farmer retention.
  • Mentor and Build: as a core member of the team, you will help train and support new teammates as the customer experience function grows.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep Passion for the Mission: A profound belief in the power of regenerative agriculture and a genuine desire to support the farmers leading the movement.
  • Credibility in Agriculture: You have a proven ability to build deep trust with farmers. You understand their context, speak their language, and have hands-on experience in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field.
  • Customer Success Frameworks: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a farmer-facing support role. You know how to build a best-in-class support journey.
  • A Builder’s Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, wears multiple hats, and loves building processes from the ground up.
  • Operational Excellence: You are highly organized, data-driven, and obsessed with details. You are proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfortable with process automation and KPI tracking.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with customer data, and are able to interpret trends, identify gaps or risks, and translate insights into meaningful insights.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You can see the long-term strategic picture of farmer success while flawlessly executing the immediate, hands-on tasks required to get us there.
