To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist - Strategic Accounts to lead our most complex and high-impact verification programs. This role is the central hub for our largest accounts, managing the entire verification experience for key brands and their associated farmer supply chains.

This is not a traditional account management role. You are the project leader and primary relationship owner for our most critical partners. You will not just guide individual customers; you will design and manage the verification journey for entire cohort of farms, working in lockstep with brand managements, farmer groups and internal teams.

Your mission is to flawlessly execute large-scale verification projects, ensuring every stakeholder - from the farmer in the field to the brand’s sustainability lead - has a clear, valuable, and seamless experience. You are the quarterback who ensures the entire verification program is delivered on time and with excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own Strategic Program Delivery: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of verification programs for our largest strategic accounts with brands and farmers, from scoping and onboarding to final certification and renewal.
  • Be the Project Management Hub: Develop and execute detailed project plans. You will define scope, set timeliness, manage multi-stakeholders communications, identity dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time certification for entire cohorts.
  • Manage Multi-Stakeholder Relationships: Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders in your portfolio - including brands, their sourcing teams, producer group leaders, and individual farmers; ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Design Scalable Onboarding: Design and lead high-touch onboarding and training programs tailored for complex organizations and large groups of farmers, ensuring all participants are set up for success with our platform and process.
  • Build the Engine for Scale: Translate learnings from complex projects into repeatable playbooks. You will be instrumental in building the systems, processes, and automation that allow us to scale our capacity to handle large, multi-faceted verification programs.
  • Act as the Voice of Strategic Accounts: Synthesize and deliver strategic feedback from your high-valure accounts to Regenified’s Standards, Products, and Leadership teams, acting as the voice for our most complex use cases.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You have proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. You can command a boardroom with a brand executive and build immediate trust with a farmer in the field.
  • Demonstrable Project/Program Management: 5+ years of experience in a role requirng rigorous project program management, ideally in B2B customer success, project management or technical consulting roles.
  • Deep Passion for the Mission: A profound belief in the power of regenerative agriculture and a genuine desire to support the farmers leading the movement.
  • A Builder’s Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, wears multiple hats, and loves building processes from the ground up.
  • Operational Excellence: You are highly organized, data-driven, and obsessed with details. You are proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfortable with process automation and KPI tracking.
  • Strategic Acumen: You are a true partner. You don’t just solve the problems you’re given; you anticipate risks, identify opportunities for expansion, and build long-term, mission-aligned value.
  • Agricultural Empathy (Preferred): Experience in agriculture, food systems, or CPG supply chains is a major plus and will help you build credibility quickly.

  • Program and Project Delivery: Successful, on-time delivery and high-quality execution of all strategic verification programs in your portfolios.
  • Stakeholder Health: Measurable satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates across all stakeholders in your programs (e.g., NPS for both brands and farmers).
  • Scalability & Efficiency: Creation and adoption of new playbooks and processes that verifiably improve our efficiency in managing large accounts.
  • Account Growth: Measurable expansion of verified acres and program adoption within your portfolio.
