Who We Are
Regenified™ was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Many great stories have been told including one showcased in the 2020 film Kiss the Ground. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing, while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystem-saving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the USDA PVP program and the largest grocery chains in the world as we actively verify large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and cotton.
What You Will Do
We’re looking for a strategic and driven Manager of Community & Digital Engagement to join the Regenified™ team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing our marketing communications strategy, helping to define how Regenified shows up in the world and grows its presence. You’ll lead the development and execution of high-impact campaigns, design community engagement strategies that deepen relationships across our ecosystem, and oversee our social media presence to ensure engagement. You’ll also play a pivotal role in planning strategic events that amplify our mission and build brand loyalty. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll have the opportunity to connect farmers, brands, and consumers to the growing regenerative movement we’re building together.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and lead marketing campaigns and projects in collaboration with customers and partners, ensuring alignment with Regenified’s mission and their goals.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure Regenified’s message is clear, credible, and compelling across every channel.
- Engage proactively with farming communities to gather insights that inform campaigns and ensure cultural relevance and resonance.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and make data-informed decisions.
Content Strategy & Development
- Partner with the current marketing team on content calendar across all Regenified channels (website, social, email, video, etc.).
- Craft clear narratives that make complex regenerative systems understandable and engaging.
- Lead the development of brand-aligned content including educational resources, founder stories, farmer spotlights, regenerative case studies, and certification explainers.
Community Engagement
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies—both online and offline—that build connection and loyalty among farmers, brands, and consumers.
- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and event-based initiatives.
- Expand recurring community events for regenerative farmers, brand partners, and industry allies
- Plan and facilitate interactive campaigns, webinars, discussions, AMAs, and other farmer community initiatives.
- Development of Regenified monthly newsletter copy & content across audiences.
Digital/Social Media
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, and LinkedIn—developing compelling visual content and copy aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor and engage with social media audiences to foster authentic community interaction.Build audience segmentation strategies for newsletters and email campaigns that nurture all of our respective audiences.
- Build a social media “amplification framework” that takes into account Regenified’s unique identity in the industry as a verifier and certifier.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and moments in the climate, food, and ag space to ensure Regenified shows up with relevance.
Data & Tracking
- Set and track metrics for content and community success (e.g., engagement, retention, conversion, and reach).
- Manage budgets, contractors, and internal workflows to scale content production efficiently.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar high-impact role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing high impact marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive copy.
- An optimistic, go-getter mentality with a passion for farmers and regenerative agriculture.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Bonus: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Bonus: Experience within the agriculture certification sectors.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation, the starting point for this role is $80,000 and might be adjusted based based on relevant experience, skills and education.
