Who We Are
Regenified™ was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Many great stories have been told including one showcased in the 2020 film Kiss the Ground. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing, while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystem-saving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and cotton.
What You Will Do
Regenified™ is looking for an experienced Brand Development professional to develop the framework and procedures to establish world class customer service and experience for our brand clients. While this person will be specifically focused on building, maintaining and growing relationships with CPG companies, they will also be developing relationships with all related partners including farmers, ranchers, and grocery chains.
Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop strong partnerships with CPG companies that are interested in regenerative agricultural practices and pursuing Regenified™ certification.

Ensure all leads are followed up with and all prospects are converted to deals.

Work closely with the Regenified™ Marketing and Field Verification team to ensure delivery of a seamless customer experience.

Coordinate between supplier and the brand, ensuring our partners have a good understanding of verification for supply chain and sourcing ingredients.

Assist clients in achieving their Regenified™-related regenerative management and marketing goals.

Develop internal processes to manage the brand customer sales journey

Own overall relationship with assigned clients and ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.

Identify other relevant sources of business to support sales efforts and help close white space opportunities.

Manage CRM, maintain sales data and develop pipeline automation to produce efficiencies.

Partner with a cross-functional team to resolve service issues.

Collaborate with Marketing for Sales and Marketing asset development.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and regenerative agriculture, and who is excited to be a part of a growing startup company. If you have a strong drive to succeed and a track record of success in sales and customer success or CPG brand management experience, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience working in a product manager or brand management role with a CPG company or in a B2B account management role within CPG.

Strong with tactical execution but can also think high level, helping to shape the framework and future of the brand development team.

Ability to learn and stay up to date with industry trends and standards to have informed conversations with external stakeholders.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a CRM; ideally familiar with Salesforce and Google Suite.

Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills.

Excited about working at and growing with an early-stage organization, often wearing multiple hats.
- Ability to work fully remotely; can be based anywhere in the U.S., as long as near a major airport.

- Competitive Compensation. The minimum starting point for this role is $100,000 and might be adjusted based based on relevant experience, skills and education.
